Right to Cancel
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
After notifying us of cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the item.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned:

unused and in their original condition

packaged securely to prevent damage during transit
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
You may inspect the item as you would in a shop, but we may make deductions from the refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos if possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Where cancellation rights apply, refunds will include the standard delivery cost originally paid.
